To San Diego and Back !

Jen & I just returned from an amazing month long trip to San Diego. We visited the USS Midway, beautiful parks along the coast line, a ton of Yoga Studios, and some amazing restaurants. Our apartment was right on the bay
and it was absolute heaven. We’re in Puerta Vallarta Mexico until the end of February and have lots of friends visiting us here.  Although I’m away I’m still working my butt off! Wholesaling houses is great as you can find deals and sell them from anywhere in the world. It helps to have someone on the ground that can take pictures and videos though for sure. Other then a man on the ground, you can do everything required to flip houses easily from anywhere in the world. Rehabbing houses is an entirely different story. You must be on the job EVERYDAY. The question of whether to rehab houses or wholesale houses will be based on the type of lifestyle you
want to lead.

While I was away we bought this house on Flora and one on West Clifton. The one on flora is close to the University and will rent for $1,300 a month, we bought it for $42,500. The one we bought on W Clifton we paid $89,900, but it’s a 5 bd and will rent for $2,000. We got the owner to carry the financing and we paid NOTHING DOWN. In fact we got $74 back at closing and I have the HUD Statement to prove it! I’ve included some pictures of these two houses we bought along with some pics from our vacation!
